Decadent, Delicious Keto Belgian Waffles

Decadent, Delicious Keto Belgian Waffles – People, people, people…you’re not going to believe how incredible this Keto Belgian Waffle is I’m not even joking. It’s a super simple recipe created by Ketonian Nerds with just a handful of common ingredients. (Or at least common to those cooking and baking low-carb).ย ๐Ÿ˜‹

Now, I have to tell you about this Sugar-Free Maple Grove Farms maple syrup. It’s the best sugar-free syrup I’ve tasted yet. I found it on the shelves at my local Walmarts (we have 3 supers) so if yours doesn’t have it, see if they do online and order it. It’s pretty easy to put $35 in your Walmart.com shopping cart to get the free 2-day shipping. I do it all the time – especially for household paper goods and the shelf-stable foods that can be shipped. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Keto Belgian Waffles

4 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon Swerve
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat the eggs then mix in everything else.

Heat waffle maker according to its directions.

Spray waffle surfaces with oil. Follow your waffle maker’s instruction for the amount of batter needed. My single round Belgian waffle maker takes a little more than 1/2 cup of this keto batter.

Once the waffle is done, carefully remove it from the iron and liberally slather with butter and sugar-free Maple Grove Farm syrup.

Add lots of butter!
Spread it around and let it melt a bit.
Optional lower net carb organic peanut butter layer depending on which diet you’re on.
