My big sis introduced us to this Keto Green Chile Artichoke Dip many years ago and it’s been a family favorite ever since. Get-togethers with friends and family is the perfect time to whip up this easy appetizer. You’ll definitely wow your guests. 😍

Pictured with the hot Artichoke Dip are these delicious keto crackers from Ketonian Nerds. They’re super crunchy when cooked to almost burnt. They may look way overdone, but they aren’t! I roll the dough out thin and pre-cut the squares. Then when they’re out of the oven, they break apart easily. It was a match made in foodie heaven! 😋
Keto Green Chile Artichoke Dip
2 cans quartered artichoke hearts, well-drained
1 cup Just Mayo
2 cans diced green chiles, drained
1 bag or container of shredded Parmesan cheese
2-3 dashes of ground pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove any tough outer pieces of artichoke then give them a rough chop.
Mix the mayo, chiles, cheese, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Gently mix in the artichokes.
Spread in a 2 quart oven safe dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until bubbly and browned on top. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
