Dill Dressed Cucumbers – This simple little dressing is amazing! Fantastic after they’ve chilled for a bit, but hard to stop eating right away! If you use the light sour cream, each serving is only 50 calories. I have no idea how many slices constitute a serving. 🤔

Dill Dressed Cucumbers
- 1 heaping tablespoon light sour cream
- 2 tsp. coarse salt (or 1/2 tsp. fine)
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
Mix the first five ingredients in a small bowl (a resealable container is ideal). Add cucumber slices and stir to coat evenly. Chill in the fridge for a few hours or eat right away.
I would assume they should stay good, in the fridge, until the date on your sour cream container expires. I could be wrong. Mine never last more than a few days. 😊
