Dill Dressed Cucumbers

Dill Dressed Cucumbers – This simple little dressing is amazing! Fantastic after theyโ€™ve chilled for a bit, but hard to stop eating right away! If you use the light sour cream, each serving is only 50 calories. I have no idea how many slices constitute a serving. ๐Ÿค”

Dill Dressed Cucumbers

  • 1 heaping tablespoon light sour cream
  • 2 tsp. coarse salt (or 1/2 tsp. fine)
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced

Mix the first five ingredients in a small bowl (a resealable container is ideal). Add cucumber slices and stir to coat evenly. Chill in the fridge for a few hours or eat right away.

I would assume they should stay good, in the fridge, until the date on your sour cream container expires. I could be wrong. Mine never last more than a few days. ๐Ÿ˜Š
