Restaurant-Style Broccoli Salad

Restaurant-Style Broccoli Salad is truly the bomb. I’ve had it with raisins and without and it’s delicious either way. If you’re trying to save carbs, leave them out and substitute the real sugar with your favorite 0-calorie natural sweetener. In my humble opinion, a stevia/monk fruit combination tastes best, but it’s hard to find. Monk fruit/erythritol is more commonly found.

This crunchy, sweet-tangy salad is great for pot-lucks, reunions, picnics or even packing in your work lunch. We love it as a side for regular weeknight suppers, too. 😋

Restaurant-Style Broccoli Salad

  • 2-3 heads of broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2/3 cup raisins (optional)
  • 6 oz real bacon bits or pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp sugar

In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, bacon, cheese, and optional raisins.

In a small ball, whisk together the remaining ingredients until well-blended.

Pour/scrape the dressing into the broccoli mixture and combine well.

Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving. Consume within a week or so.
