Easy Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies are super simple to make and super satisfying! There are lots of recipes on the net for these cookies, but this one doesn’t require a bunch of convoluted steps or special ingredients that cost a small fortune. And they taste great! The coolest thing about this recipe is, you can take the basic ingredients and turn it into a variety of different cookies such as lemon, almond, snickerdoodles, or peanut butter! ๐ช


Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 3/4 cup of stevia or monk fruit sweetener (if using semi-sweet chips, add 1/4 cup more)
- 1 egg
- 1 ยฝ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup (7 or 9 oz bag) sugar free milk or dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips until cookie dough forms. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop into walnut sized balls and place on sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Alternate flavors without chocolate chips/vanilla extract:
Lemon = 1 tsp lemon extract + 1-2 tsp lemon zest
Almond = 1 tsp almond extract + 2/3 cup chopped almonds
Peanut Butter = 1 tsp vanilla + 1/3 cup more almond flour + 2/3 cup low carb sugar-free crunchy peanut butter
Snickerdoodles = 1 tsp vanilla + 1 tsp ground cinnamon + mix 2 tbsp Swerve granulated with 1 tsp cinnamon. Roll dough into balls then roll in the Swerve/cinnamon mixture. Slightly pressed down balls on baking sheet.
