Norma she said, “I was really surprised how good they turned out and I will definitely be making them again.” 😃 Therefore, I can’t wait to see what Norma tries next! I know she’s eating low carb these days. I’ll give her a call and she if she has anything keto yummy to share with us. 😊
We loved this incredibly delicious Apple Bread recipe my sister-in-law Carol sent me. Oh em gee… warm and smeared with butter is a little bit of heaven in your mouth! Like these apple fritters, it’s not on any low carb diet, but if you decide to have a cheat day, give either recipe a try!

To sum it up, this recipe is a winner! If you make them, let us know how they turned out for you. On the other hand, if you come up with a low-carb version, please share!
Happy eating!
P.S. I’m trying very hard not to make these recipe posts sound funky but writing with search engine optimization (SEO) in really hard. I use a plugin called Yoast that coaches me and it really gets ridiculous how many transition words I have to use. Therefore, you’ll see a lot of “in conclusion” “therefore” “so” “consequently” “firstly” “secondly” “to sum it up,” etc.
