Pesto Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta Crostini are simple and delicious little appetizers perfect for parties! So good you’ll make them just ’cause they’re easy and addictive. 😋 I made an overly large batch while visiting my mom and though we tried, we couldn’t eat even half of them. I put the leftovers in a zip-lock bag in the fridge and they were great reheated the next day, and the next.

I made some with just butter, a sprinkle of garlic powder, and cheese for my niece. They were super delish, too.
Pesto Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta Crostini
- 1 jar of prepared pesto
- 2 fresh tomatoes, most of the seeds removed and diced
- 1 bag of Italian cheese blend
- 1 baguette cut into 1/2″ slices or bag of pre-sliced mini-baguettes
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay the baguettes out on a baking sheet, spread each with about 1-2 tsp. of pesto, 1-2 tsp. of diced tomatoes, 1 tsp. cheese, and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, if desired.
These can also be made with French bread. Or frozen Texas toast. Or a frozen loaf of garlic bread. 🙂
Happy eating! 😊
