Hello, CC Readers! The daughter of one of my best friends is a fabulous home cook and with a big hungry family, she knows how to please a crowd. Christina’s Easy Chicken Noodles is a prime example of her delicious culinary skills. Give it a try, I’m sure you’ll agree! 😋

Keep in mind, I cook for an army! LOL
Christina’s Easy Chicken Noodles
- 2-1/2 bags of Amish noodles (or your favorite egg noodles if you can’t find Amish)
- 1 jar of Better Than Bullion Chicken base
- 1 carton of organic (your preference) chicken broth
- 2 or 3 cooked chicken breasts or 2 cans of chicken
- Garlic powder, pepper, salt, onion powder (to taste)
Pour a gallon of water in a large pot
Add better than bullion base and organic chicken broth, stir together
Add your seasonings and allow to come to a boil
Once boiling add Amish noodles and chicken (with broth from cooked chicken or the canned chicken)
Cook together and stir occasionally until done (usually 10-12 minutes)
I usually make mashed potatoes (sometimes homemade, depending on how much time I have) to go with my Easy Chicken Noodles. But you can make whatever you want with them. 😉
Hope you enjoy! 😊
