I was so afraid of pressure canning, but have been water bath canning for over 40 years. This canner can do 4 quart jars or 5 pints! I can’t remember how many 1/2 pints or 1/4 pints. It’s definitely worth the price to can your own wholesome, healthy foods!

I have needed to turn up past low yet! LOL It practically threw mashed potatoes out of the bowl.
