Ham & Beans to Beanie Weenies

  • 4 cups leftover ham & soup beans
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pkg hot dogs, cut into discs


  • Preheat oven to 350F.
    Pour beans into a baking dish.
    Add ketchup and brown sugar to taste.
    Add cut up hot dogs.
    Bake for 1 hour or until liquid has been reduced and thickened. The top should look a little dry and the beans not runny.
