Norma made these pumpkin spice donuts from the recipe she found at Amanda’s Cookin’. She said, “They’re pretty darn good!” I’d give just about anything to take a big bite, but I can’t reach them. Crustless Mini Pumpkin Pies

Okay, even though these are crust-less, they aren’t low carb or low calorie. My kids would leave a graveyard of uneaten pastry on their dessert plates so this is the perfect pie made with kids in mind!

Certainly, autumn is one of the most notable seasons for iconic foods. There are so many traditional delights, it’s no wonder people pack on a few extra pounds at this time of year. Football tailgating, weiner roasts, Halloween, and Thanksgiving are great fun for get-togethers with friends and family. Above all, enjoy the season; eat what makes you happy because life is short! However, if you’re trying to count your carbs or calories, try some of the new recipes made with stevia. Monk fruit sugar is the best zero calorie sweetener, in my opinion, but not as easy to find. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how good your traditional holiday favorites will taste.
